Can't believe I'm googling the Jonas Brothers. :p As far as I can tell if you can trust some Jonas Brothers fan sites, they will be on Oprah on Thursday this week in a segment about "amazing families". I do know they are on Oprah this week sometime. Might we have 'crumb' about type 1? I won't count on it. ;) :)

She better mention Type 1....and do a follow-up show on it.
I sent the show an e-mail about a month back, suggesting they do a show on 'misunderstood' diseases, including Type 1 diabetes. Let's hope for the best...I'm so sick of reading stories about misconceptions of Type 1, and how other people's ignorant comments make us feel.
Anyway, I digress...let me know if they do...we get Oprah a few days later after show is aired over in the US...and I don't know if we get all the shows.

My youngest is ABSOLUTELY in love with the youngest - I am not sure if it is the D connection or not, but she loves telling her friends they are meant to becuase they both have D!

Pretty sure they will "mention him having T1 D" highly doubt they get into the treatment etc. with it. Maybe we all should contact Oprah show and request a follow up show on more about T1 D, after the Jonas Bro. and yes they are cute per my daughter.;)

Yay! I'll have to Tivo it! Cameron likes them but my 12 year old just rolls his eyes -- guess he's "too cool" to like them!:rolleyes: Or perhaps he's rolling his eyes because I think they're so cute! ;) And NOT in a cougar-kind of way either, ladies!:p

Too funny....after reading this thread I told my 15yo , "Jo Bros are going to be on Oprah on Thursday."
MK, "I know, it's on YouTube already."

All 4 of my girls love them....the 18yo and 15yo saw them in concert last month, and even the little girls love them at 7yo and 5yo.
I've got to admit that I like their music, too. Very catchy and upbeat :)

She had Halley Barry on a few months ago-guesss they're good friends-didn't mention 1 thing about D. Talked about her preg whole time.

You're not the first person I've heard that from - I think a lot of people are on Oprah burn out. Though I really wish she'd do a show on type 1 because of my passion regarding it, I still learn so much and enjoy her shows. I hear you though for sure.

Everybody who has a type 1 video submit it by email and let's pick a day and time to submit it at the same time - that'll get their attention! Quick I have to make one!!!!:D
