View Full Version : 2 Broken Multiclix, Great Customer Service

We've had a broken multiclix in a junk drawer for a while now. Then this weekend another multiclix broke. The first one wouldn't poke at all, the 2nd was stuck on the deepest setting -- OUCH!!!

So I called this morning. Great customer service -- she just asked about the issues, determined they were both broken, and I will have 2 new ones at my door tomorrow.

No questions about how long have I owned them, or the warranty is up or anything like that.

Wow- what great customer service! How nice it is to deal with a business that doesn't make you feel like you are trying to scam them or something!
