I don't follow a recipe for stirfry - it's one of those whatever is in the fridge dinners.

I can measure the rice out that I serve it on, but I wondered if there is some kind of good guesstimate for the rest of it. It's primarily mixed veggies, soy sauce, sesame seeds and almonds, and chicken or pork if it is a meat dish. Sometimes I toss in a can of drained mandarin oranges. Chances are good that at the end of dinner she's eaten more of the carrots, peppers, and snowpeas than she has the broccoli, onions and celery. She probably eats btn 1 and 2 cups of the veggie, meat mix.

any guesses?
Thanks
karen

nope, no good idea from me for an easy guess. Personally I would just measure the amount of each item and divide at the end per serving.
Then next time just go with those amounts.
Good luck and enjoy.

There would be very few carbs in the stir fry UNLESS you add the mandarins. I would not even count the stir fry, just the rice. If mandarins go in, figure out how many she's getting in her serving and count those..

thanks to both of you.

I get conflicting info from our nutritionist (who is lovely but...) about what to count as far as carbs in veggies.
