Ham Spikes ????

Has anyone else experienced HAM SPIKES.

We had a ham for Easter and have experienced highs. It was not cured in honey or maple.

Last night my son had two ham sandwiches and spiked approximately 3 hours later.:eek: Is this normal?

My daughter loves ham and I never see a spike in her when she eats the ham or a ham sandwich. Thats odd and its not some honey baked ham?? Brown sugar on it??

No sugar or honey but was very salty.:confused:

I wonder if salt could cause this problem.

I wonder if the sodium had a factor in the rising of the blood sugar.
