To feel low when really I'm hi? When I'm low, my arms and legs feel week, and my hands start to shake. Sometimes I feel dizzy as well. Well yesterday, my bg was 293 and I was feeling low. Today, at luch, I was shakey and feeling week, bg reading was 270. Generally, when I'm hi, I don't have sympoms other than thirst and needing to use the bathroom a lot. I compared 2 different monitors, and they were within 10-15 points of each other. Have any of you guys experienced this?

Trey has experience this. I find when he is dropping, no matter what his bs is is when he feels this the strongest.

For me, both highs and lows cause drowziness, thirst and dizziness.

my son also does this. He could be 190 and say he is low. I check and he is not. Is it because he is dropping fast or he just can't tell the difference? He is 8 yrs old. He acts like if he don't eat now he is going to fall out, but he is in a good range. Yet when he is low like 40-50 he can't tell. He will never say a word. That is kinda scarey, as I am afraid he might pass out from it.

Ditto here, Abby feels this way sometimes, not always.

this happens to Aidan.....sometimes he can't tell. Usually though when he says he is low, he is either low or high......not right in the middle. So he knows something isn't right he just doesn't know what.
