I was diagnosed @ 7 years old and ive had it for 8 years and have had a pump for 4 out of those 8

The anniversary of the day my life was saved is Monday, and it will be two years.
But I'm sure I've had diabetes at least a year longer than that, and probably more like five years longer than that.

It has only been 4 months since I was diagnosed:o(4/21/08)...just had my first real '3 month' A1c as well(went from 8.2 at diagnoses, to 6.3 on the last visit), so I am still pretty new.
