So to lighten everyone elses day let me tell you the note I had to write to Jessi's teacher this morning.
" Mrs. C. Jess did do her math fact last night, and I signed the paper. When she was finished she put them ON her backpack instead of IN her backpack. Unfortunately overnight our cat stole the baggy and we can not find it this morning."
Her mathfacts are like flashcards, in a ziploc baggie.. Our one cat loves to take anything plasitc and run off (this is the same cat that chewed the tubing of her pump while she slept and then stole the pump. She had been high and soaked her pumppack and instead of looking for a new one at 3am, i just laid the pump on the bed with her). I was cracking up the whole time I was writing that letter.

We also have a cat who is a chewer. When we go on the pump, I'll have to make sure Jack's tubing is well-hidden so that we don't have a kitty incident!

Honest to goodness it is true. I am sure we will find them, probably under on of the boys beds.. That is were the cat hides all his stuff.

A few years ago our house was robbed (they took everything electronic all the computers, and our 9 week old puppy but I digress)
So my excuse for not handing in my assignment was that our computer was stolen and it had my assignment on it. Gee did my English teacher give me a funny look, I don't think he believed me. My friend backed me up though, and I told him he could ring my parents if he wanted to. :p

I got an email from her this evening.. Jess got credit for doing it. The teacher couldnt help but laugh.
We have found the mathfacts. They were under my boy's bed. We now have teeth marks and a torn baggie for proof.

That's just too funny! We once had a cat that loved anything made of paper or cardboard. Right after we were married, I came home from work one day to find that the cat had a party with my record albums (yes, I'm showing my age here BIG TIME - LOL!) and chewed through a bunch of them! It's amazing what cats will get into! ;)
