I'm Jewish.
When I was diagnosed it was erev shabbes, and the doctor called to tell me to go the hospital about two minutes before candlelighting. It was my first time in a car on shabbes, on the way to the hospital.

We are Jewish, but our DS won't post even in the Kids forum yet. He is turning 4 on Shmini Atzeret.

BTW, the first time we rode in a car on Shabbes was when our second child was born. :)
