Does anyone know about any carb countings for chinese food??? We wanted to get chinese chicken and brocolli and don't know how to find the carb amounts.

Try googling for the recipe with carbs. Put in chinese chicken and broccoli carbohydrates. Find a listing that more closely matches what you're eating and you'll then have an estimate of the carbs. You can also ask the place where you're getting it from if they have any information as a lot of restaurants etc are now providing nutritional information on the foods they serve.

If you did ask them about it they could lie to get people to buy it.
if i were you i would be careful just in case.
