Hi,
I'm Payam Soltany from Iran. My beloved 3 year old nephew -light of my life- was recently diagnosed with type 1. Our sorrow is beyong belief, i personally am so sorry i can barely breathe.
Soon enough, the result of my comprehensive ~24/7 web-ing showed that CSII therapy provided by OmniPod Insulin Management System is THE choice.
So we are ready, able and willing to travel across the globe thru a US medical visa to have OmniPod Insulin Management System, receive diabetes care, and be provided with proper training.
Questions is:
Which clinics/hospitals accept patients from oversead AND do OmniPod?
Who/How can help with the visa thing, who can give advice/help?

I'm going to take a guess and I could be wrong, but here it goes.

Given the fact that the United States and Iran maintain no diplomatic relations, the possibility of you receiving a medical visa might be difficult if not impossible. Again this comes from no facts that I know, just a guess based on the current diplomacy between our two countries.
My suggestion to you would be to start with U.S. State Department in Washington D.C.
