Quick Basal Question

Can someone please help me.... My brain is not working today. Haley has a set basal rate at .75 all day. The doctor told me to change her because she has been running high all day. I forgot if I go up or down on the rate. Would it be .80 or .70? Thanks!!:confused:

If she is running high, she would need more insulin, so it would go up to .80

If she has been running high you would up her basal.

.70 gives her less insulin all day and will make her higher
.80 gives her more insulin and will make her lower.
