CGMS Denial Overturned!!!!!!!

Thank you to all that helped, especially Rick for the letter help. Our denial was overturned, mainly because we pointed out to them that it cannot be both "investigational" and approved by the FDA at the same time.

I would be glad to send the appeal letter to anyone that has been denied for this reason. Our insurance company is BCBS of Kansas City.

Congratulations! I'm told now that CGMS is now being approved by many insurance companies. Way to go!

We are dealing with BCBS of Indiana or Kentucky. They can't seem to make up their minds!!!
