Diabetes Stinks

I'm so sick of having diabetes! Why do only certain people have it why can't life be fair? Diabetes sucks. I'm still on shots so maybe when I get the pump it won't be so bad!

sometimes i just want to take an over dose and die and rest ! :mad: but im a coward and i know i will never do that...:mad:

Hi Guys:

I am a mom. My daughter Erin is in the 7th grade and she has Type 1. Unfortunately, she lost her Dad to cancer when we were learning how to measure carbs and insulin and give shots when she was diagnosed (4 years ago). She does not like having diabetes and I know that each of your parents wished they had the diabetes instead of you. We all love you and think you guys are all the bees knees! We know it is hard for you. That is why we work so hard to find a cure for you. It will come. There is no doubt about that. My nephew does research in finding cures and he thinks a cure will come in the next 10 years. I know it seems like a long, long time. But trust me...it isn't. Hang in there and keep yourselves healthy so you will be ready to get cured!
