I received an email from the Clinton campaign inviting us to a town hall meeting in Manassas, which is only about 45 minutes from us, tomorrow! I RSVP'd and we're soooo excited!!! Just wanted to share my news!:)

So excellent! The whole world is watching the US primaries, which are the most compelling in memory. I'd give love to see Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, or even John McCain. The folks leading our main political parties pale by comparison to these amazing politicians. You are lucky to be experiencing and getting to vote in this memorable campaign, which will be one for the history books.

My girlfriend went to High School with Hillary. She's all over her yearbook:)

She was voted "Most Likely to Succeeed" - ya think that panned out!!?

Have fun !

I think you will enjoy the town meeting. I went to here her speak at a town meeting back in June, she is very intelligent and it was good to see how she reacted to the "average Joe's" questions. I am very excited about this coming election and am trying to get my older sons interested enough to vote. I told them that they are the future of our country and it doesn't matter how they vote as long as they inform themselves and vote with the information that they understand. I think seeing the candidates is great.

I just hope they vote Democratic.;)

That's great. My friends son was in a commercial with her up her during primary time. I saw her when she was First Lady and she appeared on the Rosie O'Donnell Show. She's tiny. I thought she was taller!

Just an FYI, she met with a family here with D a while back and they did an article about it in the local paper. SHE REALLY GETS IT. She understands the costs, the emotional toll, the need to find a cure. And of course, she came and signed the Quilt for Life a few years back.
