Researchers at the University of California, Irvine
are seeking Type 1 diabetic adults (18-40 yrs old) to participate in a study looking at biomarkers of glucose metabolism in exhaled breath.
The study will require four visits at UCI Hewitt Hall (main campus) for Type 1 diabetics. The studies will involve infusion of glucose, insulin, and dietary fat, measurements of exhaled breath, and blood sampling.
