MY MONKEY IS 12....I CAN HARDLY BELIEVE IT. Birthday was yesterday. party is today

Today was a day where Diabetes didn't exist..I let deanna eat how and what she wanted with little interaction with D stuff. we tested a few times inbetween playing and she was on the lower side of normal, so I let her eat chocolate, and marshmellows,(we had a chocolate fountain) and chips, and didnt even bolus for any of it. She played so hard with her friends that I figured I would just correct when it was time to eat "the real food" I tested her at 3 pm and she was 121:D she ate a hot dog, potato salad, pickel, chips with dip,more chocolate this time with strawberries, and had b-day cake. I bolused her for the carbs and tested her 2 hours later and shes 171:)
I wished we could have b-day parties every day:cwds:
