Does anyone have the directions to the Inset 30? At the end of my son's appointment with the CDE, I asked for some samples. She found a couple, but couldn't located any directions on how to use. She went ahead and gave me the samples and advised me to find some directions.
I called Animas, but all they have is a brochure. I submitted a question to Unomedical, but I doubt it will be answered very soon.
I was wondering if any of you had an idea of how to get those directions that are packed in a box of 10 sites.

We use the Insets, but Im not sure of they are they 30s. They are the 6mm green ones. What kind of question do you have? Maybe I can answer it. :o

The Inset 30 works really different than the Inset. I just got some samples today too to see if we can get closer to 3 days instead of the 2 we've been getting on the Inset. She walked me through it but I don't think I can explain it until I try it myself.

My son uses the regular Inset (the round saucer shaped inserter). The Insets 30 can be angled from 30 to 90 degrees (I think). The tubing is separate from the inserter/site and is shaped quite differently.

I only briefly saw the Inset 30 when we got Mia's pump replaced, and the rep came over to our house. The one thing I noticed right away was that there was no snapping sound like the original straight-in Inset. The device is very different though, and I couldn't insert one without following detailed instructions. The actual needle looks just like the comfort ones, which I just find so huge :( after working with the short 6mm Insets for a year :cwds:.
Well, I will let you all be the guinea pigs for this one :D. Let me know how you like them!!

They look just like the Silhouette but have the Serter attached.

I'd start here and go to get more information. Explain you were given samples and ask if they can give you directions for use!
