Any recipes that are gluten free?

I am looking for recipes that are diabetic and gluten free. Any ideas for brownies, cakes, or cookies?

There are also some gluten free recipes available at healthyfishies (http://www.healthyfishies.com) Mostly in the forum.

My family has some diabetics and a gluten free as well. I have found that most gluten free flours have a lower carb factor, which is cool...but not all.

The Gluten Free Kitchen by Roben Ryberg is AWESOME. I have made a ton of recipies from that cookbook and they are amazingly good and taste completely like the real thing.

My favorite brownies are The Gluten Free Pantry Chocolate Truffle Brownies.
