2 year anniversary

Today is our 2 year anniversary!! We kinda make a big deal about it does anyone else with their anniversaries? We look at it as her anniversary of being alive. Things are going good right now for us. New to the pump and working very well and we are all so happy with the decision to move to the pump.

Our 2 year is coming up on the 26th.

We went out to dinner last year. Not sure what will happen this year. I was fighting the sadness. I might just be mad this year. LOL

Happy anniversary!! Its ours today too. We feel extremely fortunate that our rough times haven't been so rough and Sam has done great. We've been pumping for just over a year now, so finally are able to eat some of the "forbidden" foods and stay in range;)
We are going to "celebrate" by going to Cold Stone ice cream tonight, (nevermind it will be freezing here!!) but I'm more comfortable dosing for ice cream than other kid junk food.

I know for me, I look back 2 years and realize how much I've learned, I was so clueless then!!

Congrats on 2 years... ours is coming up on the 31st.. We are going to see Nemo on ice that night to celebrate her health:)

Congrats on things going well for you at two years. We celebrate by going to Chuck E Cheese, which is a four star restaurant in my daughter's opinion. The pump is great, isn't it?

We do not mark the date. If it were not also my sister's brithday, it would likely pass entirely without notice. It was never a special day in our house before, and I won't give it the status of being a special day now. Just my way of spinning things.

Our 2 year milestone is May 15, I think that doing something fun, kind of turns the tables on the dx date.
